Choose items from our catalog and confirm quantities and sizes.
Upload your logo and select placement (e.g., left chest, sleeve, back). If you have multiple logos or departments, note that at this step so we can keep everything organized.

Once approved, we produce your order and arrange pickup/drop-off in Calgary or shipping Canada-wide. You’ll receive fulfillment updates so you know when to expect delivery.
You provide the items, we apply embroidery using a reserve + approval workflow—ideal when you already have product on hand or need to decorate specialty items.
Bring Your Own Orders
Select quantity and placement, upload your logo, and receive an estimated range based on the details provided.
A small deposit secures your production slot and is credited toward your final total. This helps keep BYO requests tied to real projects.
We confirm artwork readiness and overall job feasibility for embroidery. If anything needs to be adjusted to stitch cleanly, we’ll flag it before items are delivered.
Calgary pickup/drop-off can be coordinated depending on timing and order size. Outside Calgary, ship items to our studio (instructions provided after confirmation).
Once items are received, we confirm exact placement and suitability on the actual garments/items. Final pricing is confirmed at this stage before production begins.
We complete embroidery and arrange pickup/delivery locally or return shipment. Shipping fees are applied where applicable.
